Hello, my name is Steve Aiello. I was born and raised in the Bay Area and have called Contra Costa County home for over 50 yrs.
I have an extensive background in construction as my father ran a family residential construction business for more than 30 yrs. I attended a 5-year residential apprenticeship program where I obtained my Journeyman qualifications in residential carpentry. After spending several years in residential construction. I recently retired after 27 years in law enforcement retiring as a sergeant.
I’ve always felt at home around residential construction and the intricacies involving home construction and maintenance. When looking for a second career, I immediately looked into Home Inspection and knew I wanted to begin my training. I have already completed over 200 hours of training with AHIT, and am enrolled in courses to continue my training and education so I can better serve my clients.
I am now eager to be a part of one of the most important purchase’s for anyone, your home, your castle. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to work for you.

Regardless of whether or not you attend the inspection, we will compile a comprehensive Spectora report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.
We will deliver our report within 24 hours of the conclusion of your home inspection, so that you can quickly access a full overview of our findings – and discuss them with us and your agent.
